Hi!
Happy Sunday (or Monday depending on where you live). I just wanted to let you know that I finished the build of the special edition. I uploaded the hardcover to ingram, changed out the regular edition on all platforms to the newly tuckerized edition, and loaded the special edition to Backerkit.
Now, I'm just waiting for the end of the long weekend to shake the queue and hopefully be able to move forward. Once Ingram approves the changes I will move to place an order, and then when Backerkit transfers over all of my other downloads, I will start sending them out.
I should be able to get this all done this week, but that wholly depends on how much they are backlogged after the long weekend.

Quick update. The books have been ordered. Wooot! I've also finished building the Backerkit campaign and I'm hoping to send them out in a couple days. I'm waiting for them to transfer my old downloads to this new account so that I can have everything ready when the surveys go out.
I will update you when the surveys are going out, but it should be this week, or early next week. I'm hoping to get the books into your hands before the holiday break at the end of the month.

It's Thanksgiving today in the US, so it's appropriate for me to give thanks to you, who helped make this Kickstarter a massive success.
I am constantly floored with the fact that people like you support my weird little projects, and this one is weirder than most. So, thank you so much for taking a chance on it!
You are amazing :)
Now for some fulfillment expectations.
I've already started the Backerkit page, and I'm hoping to have that set up in the next couple of days. This is how you will give me your address for physical rewards and receive your digital rewards. I should be able to send them out by the end of next week. However, it is the holidays so everything could be slower.
On that note, my plan is to place the order for these books by Monday, but with the holidays and paper shortage, things might take longer than usual. These are also hardcovers, so I expect to receive them before I leave for the holidays, but I might receive them when I return at the end of December.
I have never placed an order this late in the year before, so I'm not sure how long it will take to print and ship. However, I will fulfill the digitals and have placed the order for books by the end of the year and fulfill those when they arrive.
I'm hoping this will all be handled this year, but I put January on my timeline just in case it takes longer. Thank you so much for your patience. The shipping delays and printing delays have been a nightmare all year, but I'm hoping it won't be too much of a problem for us.

Hi!
I wanted to take a minute and thank you for supporting this campaign. I know this is not my normal fare, and it's a book that didn't burn up the charts, so I'm really, really honored that you would take the time to listen to the episodes and support this book.
I am so excited for this project. I can't tell you how much I loved every minute of making it. It brought me back a decade to when I was making movies and editing them squirreled away in the corner of my first apartment.
Everything about this experience has been a dream, and I'm only able to keep making these weird projects because of fans like you who support them. Without you, I would never have the confidence to try something new.
So, thank you. The book and audio drama are done. I just have to write in the characters and then order them. You should receive the audio drama in early December and the book as soon as they ship. Hopefully, that will be in December, but that all depends on the printer. There is a massive paper shortage, so it could take a little longer for books to ship, but I will put in the order the Monday after the campaign ends.
That's it for me, but before I sign off I wanted to talk to you about one other audio drama on Kickstarter now. They aren't common, and this one looks really, really amazing.

Based on the popular steampunk supernatural graphic novel about an ex-Pinkerton detective, a spirit photographer, and a genius scientist who battle supernatural forces in late 1800s Boston, Boston Metaphysical Society: The Ghost Ship audio drama follows the story of our three main characters, Samuel, Caitlin, and Granville as they investigate a mysterious ghost ship that has sailed into Boston Harbor and is not only killing those who board her, but luring children to their death.
This is a standalone eight-episode series based during the timeline of the original six-issue mini-series. Each episode will be approximately 30 minutes long.
You can also pick up all the graphic novels and the novel based in the Bostom Metaphysical Society universe through the audio drama campaign, and if you haven't checked it out yet I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. Madeleine is one of my favorite creators and my favorite people.
